Our Service
We want to break and prevent the cycle of homelessness by providing a supportive, homely environment for individuals moving on from hostels and shelters. Within a small shared ‘home’ facility in Stoke-on-Trent each resident will have their own personal space and communal areas. Residents will agree personal goals with Halfway Home which will eventually lead them to their own independent living arrangements.
We are here to help
The time and pace of our service will help a person recovering from homelessness build personal strength and avoid difficulties that could lead to homeless again. They will be supported to access income, and coached into training, employment, and supported to have necessities in place to recover from trauma and barriers they face so they can rebuild their lives.
